Innovative Minds has been a solutions provider since 2018, built on more than twenty years of experience in computer-based testing, training, fingerprinting, and small business and technology consulting.
What began as testing and fingerprinting grew into ten locations across Texas and Arizona. Growth like that is not a marketing exercise. It means opening offices, hiring and training staff, meeting compliance requirements, running secure testing rooms, keeping equipment working, and answering to the organizations whose exams and submissions we handle. Every location has to run to the same standard, every day.
Along the way we solved the problems every growing business runs into — how to lead people well, how to keep service consistent across sites, and how to use technology so work moves faster instead of getting more complicated. Solving those problems for ourselves is what led naturally into leadership development and business technology.
We do not advise from the sidelines. Much of what we teach and build comes from operating our own businesses, managing our own teams, and learning what actually works.
