What this website is for

This site provides information about our testing centers, fingerprinting services, AlphaLEAD, iQgency and business workshops, including addresses, phone numbers and directions. It is an information site. It is not a booking system, and submitting a form does not create an appointment, an enrollment or a contract.

Exams and appointments

We do not book, reschedule, cancel or take payment for exams. Your appointment is arranged with the organization sponsoring your exam, and that organization issues your results. Nothing on this site changes the rules your exam sponsor or requesting agency has given you — where they differ, follow theirs.

Fingerprinting

Fingerprinting is available at selected locations only, and the requirements — identification, forms, authorization numbers, fees — are set by the agency or program requesting the check. Call the location before you travel to confirm it offers what you need and what to bring.

Accuracy

We keep addresses, phone numbers, hours and service information as current as we can, but details change and services differ between locations. Information on this site is provided as-is, without warranty, and should be confirmed with the office you plan to visit.

Using this site

Please do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest it by automated means, or to submit false information or content that is not yours to submit. We may restrict access to anyone who does.

What you send us

Do not send confidential, sensitive or regulated information through the forms on this site. If you send us a suggestion or idea, we may use it without obligation to you. What we do with the contact details and materials you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
