Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026  ·  Innovative Minds (IME Incorporated)

This policy explains what information Innovative Minds collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and who else sees it. It covers this website and our testing and fingerprinting locations in Texas and Arizona.

What we collect

From this website. Only what you type into a form. Our contact, AlphaLEAD, iQgency and jobs forms ask for your name, email address, and depending on the form, your phone number, organization, city, area of interest and message. The jobs form also accepts a resume.

At our locations. To administer an exam or capture fingerprints we collect what the sponsoring organization or requesting agency requires. That normally includes your name, your government-issued photo identification, your appointment or registration details, and — for fingerprinting — your fingerprints and the identifying information printed on the submission.

Fingerprints

A fingerprint is a biometric identifier under Texas law. Before we capture your fingerprints we tell you we are capturing them and why, and we obtain your consent. We do not sell, lease or trade biometric identifiers.

Fingerprint submissions are transmitted to the agency, board, employer or program that requested the check. That organization holds the results and decides how they are used. We do not receive, store or interpret your results. Questions about a result, or about how long the requesting agency keeps it, should go to that organization.

We destroy the biometric identifiers we capture within a reasonable time after the purpose of collection has expired, and in any case no later than one year after that date.

Exams

Exams are administered on behalf of the organization sponsoring them. That organization sets the registration, identification and results rules, receives your exam data through its own system, and holds the record of your exam. Requests to correct registration details or to obtain a score report go to the sponsoring organization, not to us.

Some testing programs require session monitoring or recording inside the exam room. Where that applies, it is disclosed to you at check-in and the recording is governed by the sponsoring organization's rules.

Job applications

When you apply for a job with us you may provide contact information (name, email, phone), employment and application information such as the location you are interested in and your general availability, and a resume or other materials you choose to send. This information is used only to evaluate you for employment with Innovative Minds. We keep applications and resumes for one year from the date we receive them, which is the retention period required of employers by EEOC recordkeeping regulations, and then delete them. If a charge or claim is filed, we keep the related records until the matter is finally resolved.

How we use inquiry information

We use what you send through a form to answer you and, where relevant, to follow up about the service you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Innovative Minds except the service providers who operate our website and email, and where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use local storage, and does not run advertising or analytics tracking. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads; Google handles that request under its own privacy policy. Nothing else on this site contacts a third party.

Map links and directions on our locations pages open Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze in a new tab. Once you leave this site you are subject to that provider's privacy policy.

How we protect information

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry and application email is limited to the staff who need it. Fingerprint capture and exam delivery run on the systems the requesting agency or sponsoring organization requires, under that organization's security rules.

Children

This website is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site. Where a minor is fingerprinted or tested at one of our locations, it is at the direction of a parent, guardian or requesting agency.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@imeincorporated.com or contact us. If the information is held by an exam sponsor or a requesting agency rather than by us, we will tell you who to contact.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
